Processing Time
All items are made to order unless otherwise noted. Please allow 14-30 days for processing before your order ships. Processing time does not include transit time. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time. Any extended timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on package size, weight, and destination. Shipping method and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Occasionally, flat-rate or promotional shipping may be offered.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & Carrier Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply.
