We take pride in creating high-quality handcrafted wood products. Because each piece is made with care and natural materials, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns on non-custom, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Items returned without prior approval
Due to the natural variation in wood grain, color, and texture, slight differences from photos are normal and are not considered defects.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [X days, e.g., 3–7 days] of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24hrs of purchase, provided work has not yet begun. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Natural Materials Disclaimer
Wood is a natural material and may expand, contract, or develop character marks over time. These natural changes do not qualify as defects or grounds for a refund.
